Do Less Work & Sound More Like a Pro

with Professional Podcast Editing

Hiring an editor can improve the sound of your podcast, keep you accountable and give you more time to focus on the important things like delivering great content to your audience.

But be warned, some editors don’t even listen – they just slap an intro and extro on it and export it back to you. I listen to each episode so I’ll catch the little bumbles, kill excessive ums and ahs and tighten things up real nice like.

If you’ve heard my podcast or read any of my website, you know that I consider my ears extraordinary. Being able to hear things nobody else can hear in a podcast is my super power. Oh, and by the way, did I mention that I have 25+ years of audio editing experience and I’m award-winning audio producer? Oh, I did. Good, then you know how awesome I am.

Put that to work for you!

These packages are based on a weekly podcast of up to 45 finished minutes.

You got questions. I’ve got answers.
Q: What length of podcast is this pricing based on?
A: These prices are based on finished podcast duration of 45 minutes (give or take). If you have significantly more or less, ask me for a custom quote.
Q: What if I’m unhappy with an edit or a write up?
A: Let me know as soon as possible. I want to make sure you’re happy and we’ll work with you until you’re happy.
Q: Do I have to make a long term commitment?
A: No. You can unsubscribe at any time. However, billing is once a month and you must notify us at least 5 days before your billing anniversary to avoid being billed another month.
Q: Can I pay by Visa or Debit?
A: Our recurring payments are set up via PayPal where you can pay using Visa, or Debit via your PayPal account.
Q: What if I take a break and only do 2 podcasts during one of my months - do I get a partial refund or can I carry it over to the next month?
A: No. Sorry, we don’t offer partial refunds or roll-overs. You are accountable for delivering your weekly podcasts to me and if you miss one, you’ll still be charged your monthly fee. So – don’t miss them!
Q: Will my podcast sound like yours?
A: If you provide me with all the elements and you have the chops/quality recordings then YES! This may depend on your recording equipment and environment.
Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: 2 days AKA 48 hours.
Q: What if I have more than 5 episodes per month?
A: This would constitute a custom package, so get in touch. If you have a random extra episode, we have a one-off price of $75/episode for editing and an additional $100 for writing. Or, if you are getting ahead to cover off a slower month, AND you let us know, we’ll cover you.
Q: I’m looking for more help than what you have listed in the Done-For-You package. Do you offer other services?
A: Yes, my team can also support you with social media content, video content and strategy. Contact us to set up a meeting.
Q: I want to break up with you, what do I do?
A: Wait, what? Why? I’ve given you the best editing years of my life… just kidding. If you want to take on editing yourself or you’ve found yourself another editor, just send me an email and let me know. I’ll stop the recurring payments right away. And, if for some reason, I want to break up with you… not likely, but since we’re being open… I’ll give you 30 days notice so you can find a new me.
Q: I don’t have a podcast yet, can you help me set it up?
A: If you need help developing your concept, setting your podcast style and producing the templates and soundscapes for your podcast – I am definitely your guy. My team and I will work with you from concept to casting to ensure you have a podcast that engages and converts. Contact me for details.
